「春芽无障碍地图」是一个基于无障碍地图为视障人士、轮椅人士等对无障碍资讯及无障碍路线有需求的人士提供地图出行服务的移动应用，通过多种室内外定位技术，让用户了解身处位置及己需的环境信息，并导航至目的地。主要功能包括：
1、室内外定位：显示当前位置及周边盲道或无障碍通道情况
2、搜索己需的无障碍设施及服务
3、为不同用户群体定制个性导航路线：盲道优先、无障碍优先、步行、公共交通
4、实时导航：语音播报实时的位置信息，包括行进方向及周边道路设施等
