本App仅限合作伙伴使用,提供房源维护管理和客户维护功能
合作要求
1、具有两年以上房屋代理运营经验、无失信犯罪记录;
2、严格按照平台规则发布和管理房源,确保真实及准确性,向客户承诺“假必赔”。如果虚假信息,赔偿客户和平台相应违约金;
3、按照平台要求提供并及时更新房源照片和视频以及户型图片;
4、客观公正描述房源情况,不夸大事实,不隐瞒瑕疵;
5、承诺收费公开透明,不违规收费和恶意克扣押金,发布的房源信息里列明所有收费项目和明细,不得有中途加收费用等行为;
6、承诺不推荐客户使用任何贷款分期等产品;
