不专业
花了三四百开了个会员，插入图片的时候出了问题，客服自己没有理解到客户说的问题，逐渐态度不好，后期因为该平台排版有问题，调整时间慢，并且说了调整好后会告知客户，不仅未告知，还需要客户自己花钱再下载一份高清稿。总结起来就是不专业，以坑钱为目的。
