“要闻”“微视”“时评”“现场”四大板块为新闻宣传报道和时事评论专栏。以文字、图片、短视频、现场云等形式，全方位呈现国家重大政策措施、地区发展成果、百姓幸福生活。
“社区”板块旨在为社区和居民之间搭建起一个信息交流平台。社区可以在该平台发布便民信息、讲述身边人、身边事。
“融媒”版块依托天津日报和南开区融媒体中心的资源优势，提供双微号、点播、报纸内容以及南开区有线电视台新闻节目，为用户带来便捷高效的阅读和丰富的视听体验。
“生活”版块， 分为“政府服务”、“公共服务”和“生活服务”三个栏目，为用户提供不同领域的信息查询服务。
