财通证券资产管理有限公司（以下简称“财通证券资管”或“公司”）系财通证券股份有限公司的全资子公司，于2014年11月取得中国证监会批准（证监许可[2014]1177号），并于同年12月正式成立，注册资本2亿元人民币。2015年12月，公司获准开展公募基金管理业务。
公司股东财通证券股份有限公司（以下简称“财通证券”）前身是成立于1993年5月的浙江财政证券公司，现为浙江省政府直属企业，注册资本35.89亿元人民币，于2017年10月24日在上海证券交易所挂牌上市，股票简称“财通证券”，股票代码601108。
