Best strategy game worst support

This is one of the best games in mobile devices. However if you are unlucky to fall upon a bug then support will do its best to make you quit even if it is against their interest. They just fail to communicate with you and solve the issue. Even the in game support chat stopped working. I wonder if they made that issue to arise just to stop me from reporting the issue again and again. Could not make any ingame purchases for 5 days and they did nothing. Poor quality of service provided. It is a pity.

The only bad thing about this game is that you can not progress beyond a certain level. More cities are needed to enable lower level players to be governors.

A well developed app , it just need some hotfixes on the battle section were the game lags and doesn’t use any of your skills , plus you guys should finally fix the Facebook link cause it’s bugged since the app was launched !

After update every time I open mail game freezes.chat is broken.these are only the new problems.older problems are:kingdoms that are suffocated by the others cannot progress in void past level 20 as they need to capture city and move out of the capital.it sounds like a motivation to be more active but not in this game.the moment you capture a city all the big players come and siege your stronghold.so no opportunity for the small kingdoms to grow or fight back.also it is impossible to survive if you are not one of the top ten players in each faction.this is the first game that allows a player with double power than you attack you andgain resources.if a player would be more than 3 level castles higher than you he should attack u but u should not lose any resource.
