强烈要求退款都不知道是怎么回事，也不知道怎么用，扣了我25次，每次¥63前两天刚刚发现了，现在整一整夜睡不着从7月1号开始至今，每个礼拜¥63退款退款退款

10月14日，我在软件商店点击了一款手机扫描王软件，下载后当时没有显示扣款，也没有说要钱买，等到10月20日我查一下我支付宝一看怎么莫名其妙的扣了我63元钱，再查看一下扣款项目才知道是手机扫描王所扣，然而我再查到10月7日也扣我63元。突然我感到要崩溃，怎么有这样的事？好怨，强烈要求退款
