Seriously dislike what the app developers call a fun reward system for motivation. Looks to me like it’s setting kids up to be hooked on gambling down the track. Kids don’t need an app to learn the things on here, this app just gives them more time on a device when they should be engaged in organic learning. I wonder what Montessori would think of this.
The apps been stuck in a “downloading” screen for the past month, with no updates. Very frustrating!
The app is alright, but I can’t make a flipping account! When I press the “create account” button and do the details and accept the policy, it says “WRONG PASSWORD” and I wasn’t even signing in! I was creating an account not signing in, yet they think I’m signing in! WHAT’S WRONG WITH THIS SYSTEM?!
DON'T EVEN THINK YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. My son find this game quite entertaining and we would keep this game IF IT WORKS. After we played this for couple months one day this game just not working at all going back to the trial mode for no reason while it still is charging us the subscription fee. I emailed them but their solution just didn’t work at all. I asked them to cancel my subscription but they just kept sending me a email telling me they are working on it but it just keep taking my money for trial version. PLEASE THINK WISELY IF YOU WANNA PAY FOR THIS GAME. THERE ARE PLENTY OTHER GAMES WHICH IS AS GOOD AS THIS AND SOME ARE FREE TOO.
Don’t be fooled by the one week free trial, deleting the app before the week is up will still result in you being charged, and Its hard to figure out how to cancel the subscription even when you go looking. Unless you intend 100% to keep paying, just don’t try it at all.
