健康助手通过实现与智能设备的互联，实时监测与反馈运动、睡眠、动态心率等数据，根据采集到的数据给出个性化的健康计划，并支持将数据接入微信运动、QQ健康等平台，实现好友间的互动。
主要功能：
【智能设备连接与设置】通过蓝牙搜索连接手环，可对手环功能进行设置。闹钟日程设置到手环，时间到了震动提醒，不会影响周围的人；消息与来电提醒，抬手就能看到，不用时刻盯着手机；
【健康数据展示与分析】通过手环采集步数、运动锻炼、睡眠、动态心率数据，同步到健康助手，健康助手对数据进行分析处理，并给出评价与改进建议；
【数据互联与好友PK】支持微信运动与QQ健康，绑定微信与QQ后即可实现每天的步数自动上传与好友PK；
【智能健康助手】可以通过助手快速设置闹钟，查看数据。助手也会根据不同场景，向手环推送提醒。
【苹果健康】可以分享您的步数、卡路里和运动距离等运动数据到苹果健康
