FIRST OFF, I want to say: thank you so much for being a free app that gives us, authors, access to SO MANY different tools that really allow you to plan out plot and characters in detail. That being said, I do find the amount of features overwhelming, but it’s mostly just things like graphs in the “environment” section. Graphs stress me out to just look at, so majority of the time I avoid that section. I wish there were an option to hide graph part. Other than that, the app is phenomenal. I love that there are prompts to answer, I love that you can add images, and so so many more features that I could continue praising. Please never change. I hope that this app always stays free. You are giving so many authors a space to map out their concepts exactly how they want and it’s extremely helpful. I can’t thank you enough~
This is the best app for plots I've seen so far. But, there is a lot of other things and it just so overwhelming. I can't see the idea section because it gets overwritten as you move forward onto the next section. Which is the synopsis section. I want to see be able to see what I previously wrote down so I remember where I need to start again. It's confusing. I just want to see each section without it hiding on me.
Story Plotter is sooo useful it’s saved me so much time with timelines and character relations. I’ve tried many, many apps and websites before this, and it has been one of the best by far.
The app is awesome I am able to write story ideas and it has allowed me to develop story I’m almost finished one in particular I loved I spent hours on it and even dreamed of it being published (it was good enough for that) but then a new update prevented my phone from opening the app. I deleted photos, other apps, and many more things hoping I could open it to try an save my work. Unfortunately it didn’t work, and i was forced to delete the app and download an older version of the app... this isn’t really anyone’s fault the app is easy and perfect, free and without adds it has everything you need to store and build ideas but this new update really threw things off for me. I would recommend this app to any story writer, and overall a five star.
This app has so much detail. It great. It even added AI and it’s free.
Just started using this app but it’s so detailed and really helping me understand why I want my characters to do that they will! I love the questions with each prompt. Super helpful and love the lack of payments for basic usage.
This app is insane; I love it so much!!!! So so helpful for my novel. It’s been such a struggle tracking everything in notebooks, so having this is a godsend! Please keep it up, never quit! I have one question/suggestion about the time series section; it has options for “year 1, year 2, year 3”, etc. But when you go into months, weeks, and days, it only has the months and the days of the year (January through December, 1st through 31st) Would it be possible to have an option for “month 1, month2, month 3”, etc, and same for weeks, “week 1 week 2 week 3 week 4” and within those instead of monthly numbered days, have an option between numbered days (day 1) and days of the week (monday)? My story takes place over 12 weeks, doesn’t use standard months, and uses days of the week instead of days of the month, so having the same format as the years have with numbered years would help a lot!! Edit: Also! Would it be possible in the character relations section to have a spot for notes? When you click a line between two people, it would be really awesome to have a space to write about their character relation!! You’re awesome!! どうもありがとうございます!
Love this app from planning out my stories! Thanks for being free! ❤️
The app is amazing. I would just like to say this. It’s probably the best story plotter out there and organizes everything about your character and plot in such a way that you know where to find them and when to use them in your story. The only problem that I have is that I would need to pay to link different devices together. I would have liked working on my story on multiple devices but for a lot of free features like this, I kinda get why. The app is great tho and easy to use so thanks!😊
