They don’t want to approve my account
They said that my age doesn’t match with my photo and to send ID and a selfie picture by email as a prove.It’s nearly a week since I sent 4emails to them,the noondate manager repeating same thing to resend selfie and ID prove .In my account I wrote the correct date of birth and my photo ,but they don’t want to approve .They have a reason for that and I think they doing on purpose to make me giving up.I HAVE NEVER SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE:RACISM !!END OF STORY

Yep if you’re black don’t even bother trying to make an account! Once they see your picture your account won’t be approved but once they see it’s a white person the account gets approved straightaway lol, try the other apps. You’ll have more of a chance making friends on them and your account is approved!!
Won’t open on an iPhone
When I try to open it on my iPhone 12 it reads an error message “An error occurred. Please check your internet connection.” even though I’m connected on many other apps.
Racist
Don’t download if you’re black, I repeat DON’T download if you’re black. They took forever to review my account, when they finally did they said it was flagged by the operator. RACIST. Perhaps they only want Korean people on there, I’m not sure if they’d let me on if I was white but I was rejected being black. Foreigners avoid.
False operator warning
I got this app the day before everything was ok and I was chatting to people normally as always. When I woke up I saw my a message with red writing that there is an operator warning for no reason. This is so frustrating and sad I just want to make some Korean friends but I have been warned for no reason. I am hoping you guys resolve this situation and remove the warning sign from my account so that I can make friends please. I would also rate this app with a 5 star because it is good because I can meet new people and talk. Hope you reply. Thank you
Racist app.
If you are a black foreigner, don’t bother. Only a few hours after downloading the app, I did everything that was asked of me but they kept asking me to change my picture over and over and over again. My pictures were not inappropriate, I didn’t even speak to one person on the app, I did nothing to get a warning by the moderators but still any section I completed on the app, seemed to get a warning. I filled out my profile(Warning) I put up appropriate pictures (warning) I filled out my hobbies (warning) it’s funny that another black friend of mine had the same problem with this application. It seems like the moderators want to keep it Koreans and whites only which is ridiculous. Funny that as soon as a White friend of mine filled out her profile in exactly the same way, her profile was accepted. I suggest that the app takes a look at the racist people working for them.
