帮有午睡习惯的朋友做睡眠记录~
我是开发者胡子长~自从买了表后,我每天最关注的事儿,就是我今天睡了多久,比如昨晚我睡了8小时,当当当当当!早上醒来感觉满血复活~
后来我发现一个bug,是不是因为美国人不午睡的关系,我每天午睡的信息并没有被记录到睡眠信息.
凭什么只有晚上睡觉的时间被记录到“健康”里,午睡也是睡觉啊!!
所以我们做了个“午睡”app,在午睡开始前,点击一下app里的猫咪,在ta的陪伴下安心午睡吧!
睡醒后,再点一下猫咪,叫ta起床~顺便记录自己的睡眠时长!
你可以在手机中打开健康应用,查看睡眠数据,查看自己的午睡时长.
午睡时长也会同步记录到你一天的睡眠时长中.
担心小睡一下睡过头?我们的开发小哥哥贴心的内置了小闹钟,设置好后,到时候叫你起床~
