屋宇署已根據《建築物條例》於 2012年6月30日起全面實施強制驗樓計劃及強制驗窗計劃。透過此應用程式，使用者能更方便及有效地進行兩項計劃所規定的檢驗和維修工程。
此應用程式主要分為以下部分：
「強制驗樓計劃」及「強制驗窗計劃」：概括展示計劃的規定和每個步驟及所須的相關表格。
「業主專頁」：提供例如相關資助及技術支援，註冊檢驗人員/合資格人士/註冊承建商的名冊等資訊。
「註冊檢驗人員/合資格人士專頁」：提供計劃的相關法例，守則及指引等資料。
「我的通知」:可找尋及記錄相關的法定通知。
「驗樓工具」: 可於拍攝時標記窗戶的失修情況及記錄該驗窗報告。
