Failure of an APP

When you’re in DL and they tell you to use the app to buy your photos DO NOT DO IT. Either buy them there or give up the photo. This app is a complete failure, an embarrassment to Disney

Super low resolution pic

The pic- low resolution Can’t save directly to iPhone once downloaded What a waste of money to buy pic on an app like this

Cannot download paid photos

The process of downloading photos is very complicated. After 3 days of purchase, the system has not been updated to preview and download paid photos. And the hotline is not responsive as well.

Trash app

Cannnot even finish sign up, super buggy trash app

Bugs

This app has many bugs and really unstable. So disappointed.

Please use the money you earn from photos to improve the app/process of downloading photos

The app is a joke. Cannot register on phone as the keyboard cannot show up when retyping password. This app is stopping people from buying online photos.

Can’t even type security codes

Typing out passwords or even your email takes longer then you’d expect because every character takes a second and half to load and the security code I literally couldn’t even type.
