具体功能如下：
1. 可实现本区域跨校跨网段远程数据管理，用户可用APP在智能交互设备终端扫码绑定设备，自动完成与数据平台的对接，实现数据的远程搜集和分析。
2. 可远程查看设备基本信息及状态，如：设备名称与型号、开关机状态、CPU使用率、内存使用率、硬盘使用率、设备当前信号画面、设备异常等信息。
3. 可按照智能交互设备安装的学校名称、年级、班级，设置智能交互设备终端的名称。
4. 可对已连接的智能交互设备进行远程设备控制，包括关机、重启、切换信号源通道、触控锁定、音量调节等功能；
5. 可实时远程监控设备屏幕画面，简化设备管理工作
6、可支持视频、直播、音频、图片、广播多种类型的节目立即/定时下发至指定设备
7、可查看下发记录与状态，可对定时下发的操作可进行撤销
8、可对有问题的设备扫码进行报修，工作人员可接收报修单并快速处理
