西信智荟网APP软件分为4个版块，分别是：学术、问答、资源、我的。
学术版块包含推荐、快讯、热榜三个子版块，主要是展示资讯信息以及对热门资讯进行了排名。
问答版块包含最新、悬赏、专家三个子版块，主要是用户对专业问题的提问，其他用户进行回答，以及组建不同领域的专家团队。
资源版块包含最新资源和全部资源，资源板块用于展示资源信息以及通过出售资源获取收益，即用户可对所需资源进行购买下载。
我的版块即个人中心，在此版块中可以查询、修改用户的信息，看到用户关注了哪些其他用户，收藏了哪些信息，对哪些信息作出了评论，以及用户自身发表的文章、快讯，做出的提问和对哪些问题进行了回答。
