With the latest server merge 13/06/24 there is no change server option, so many more people from merging servers fighting for the same number of dominion spots, play for what now? It is time to quit this game (I guess this is what developers want?)

I got reset for 4 5 time . Lost the progress even when you save in i cloud. 0 customer support. Automated reply in email. 0 respond in discord. This game developer is just scammer.

Recently got this game and logged in on my second day to get the 5-star Character. After claiming it and using him in my party, I logged back in to find that the character completely disappeared despite the login rewards saying I claimed him already. ID: 4312882 (ap-northeast-2)

I have been trying to reach the technical support to ask for a refund but to no avail. The app is only capable of accepting purchase and then not give the item of purchase after.
Whenever I upgrade it to level 2. It will always have a success failure and goes back down to level 1 over and over again. I don’t know whether it’s the system issue or something but it keeps a happening so many times
