The GPS position always incorrect even precision of GPS is on. I don’t want to switch on Wi-Fi and use public Wi-Fi in order to settle the flaw. The Wi-Fi also made me difficult to place bet. Please correct the flaw.
What’s wrong with your APP? Tried multiple times to login with all correct info, even tried to change the password and it still rejected my log in. This is a classic frustrating user experience. Giving up!
The rules make it extremely hard to log in. Accounts were locked with just 3 incorrect attempts. Failed to send the user with password reset emails, locking out the user. Also if you want to set your own password, the parameters are extremely narrow and bizarrely does not allow more than 8 characters. Overall very poor user experience.
Not fair to only decide for selected membership
After installing latest version can’t even open app
App has little actual function, not even any transaction and yet the “security” is ridiculously complicated, like the password rules. Turning on facial recognition is nightmare, OTP not sent in timely manner, when finally arrived, app complaint about communication error! The restaurants application at the Paradise is also so useless, only for show, without actual function. With so much monthly fee paid, they couldn’t even have a decent food ordering app, and we have to go queue to order at the terminal. Don’t know what their IT is doing
Cannot register, keeps telling me incorrect information, but doesn’t tell me which field
- Very confused on the navigation to register - face the 2nd challenge to look at the fonts which are too small even I am only under 30 - the colour contrast is weak to get awareness - the categorisation of services is not customer centric at all, pls look at all other venue booking app for reference
Says use 6-8 letters but when I use words with theses numbers of letters, it will not accept them and tells me to follow the guidelines !
