「心拍数計」(=HeartRate)のダウンロードありがとうございました。このソフトはiPhone用の簡易的な心拍数計です。
心拍数が気になった時、このソフトを使ってみてください。測定方法は、測定をスタートするとカメラのLEDライトが点灯しますのでカメラに指先を当ててじっと20〜30秒くらいすると心拍数の表示が安定してきます。測定にはちょっとしたコツが必要ですので、グラフを見ながら指の当て方を試行錯誤してください。慣れてくれば安定して測定できると思います。お試しください。
新機能として、iOS8のHelthKiに対応しているので、測定した心拍数は、Appleのヘルスケアアプリに登録することができます。心拍数の履歴を見たい時には、ヘルスケアアプリで確認することができます。
