תת רמה
אין מעקב משלוחים, צ׳אט בירור הזמנה באיחור פשוט התנתק. פעמיים. במסעדה לא עונים (אולי בכלל היא סגורה? אין לדעת). זה כמו לחזור בזמן 10 שנים לימי תן ביס האומללים. סתם לקחו ממני כסף על שווארמה שלא הגיעה אחרי שעתיים ואין בכלל למי לפנות. הזוי.

Very disappointing customer service
I don’t know how hard it’s for a company like this to have enough ppl on customer service to answer to customers. I ordered lunch while I was at work and the app is stuck on 10 minutes for the last three hours. There’s no one on the customer service to answer so I contacted the restaurant but even them they have no way of contacting the company other than writing a message that is not answered. Very disappointing I hope I will get my refund
רמה נמוכה של שירות
ההזמנה שלי הגיעה באיחור של חצי שעה, אין מענה זמין של שירות לקוחות באפליקציה, מיותר לציין שהאוכל הגיע קר ולא אכיל.. כשענו לי בצ׳ט שירות לקוחות פשוט כתבו לי שהם מצטערים והכניסו לי קרדיטים לחשבון שאוכל לממש ברכישה נוספת ב3 החודשים הקרובים. דרך יפה לגרום לי לקנות אצלכם שוב, על מה ולמה?? ממש לא מתכוונת לחזור אליכם אחרי שירות וחוויה שכזו.
