数字化职业教育平台实现了“分专业、分层次、分岗位”的线上培训，按照钻井、井下、测井、录井、定向井、固井、钻井液等专业设置201个岗位，匹配804个井控、HSE、硫化氢、现场安全操作规程四类培训大纲，发布92个视频课件，累计时长达2203分钟，匹配试题33520道，提供学员免费学习、练测使用。
数字化职业教育平台中的视频课件包括3D动画，将井控技术抽象的知识具体化、可视化，使学员学起来简单易懂，提升了学习效果。
