Grid Diary - Journal, Planner

Suddenly I was signed out from the app and when I signed again all my data was lost. I was journaling with details since 1 year and all data just got lost. The customer care is not even replying. Wth..

Good app…

I had purchased classic ( originally called just “ grid diary”) for lifetime , before and was using it , it was all good and I was providing more data , which was very personal and Suddenly the app was named classic and features were BUGGY AND REDUCED with all the recent upgrades , And a new app with the same name had come and … I was almost forced to purchase the new one … My worry is if we buy a new version, I am sure in another years time you will introduce a new version and reduce the features of the current app and force us to buy the new app It’s a worst user experience for someone who is using the app for a long time …very CHEAP PURCHASE TATICS , you should allow free upgrade for users who had previously purchased I am searching for alternative app …

Feature rich app but you want more convenience along with more features get the premium

Often times we tend to not write reviews for apps that are amazing. I’ve been using this for about 2 months regularly and absolutely love Grid Diary. The feature that I love the most is the ability to customise your daily/weekly/yearly prompts. You can use as many or as little as you’d like. Also, it’s an incredible feeling to be able to look back at how far you’ve come. 10/10 - would highly recommend! Just a note for developers - the sticker/mood tracker is extremely basic. If you could incorporate more tools like Daylio then Grid Diary would be the PERFECT journalling app!

This used to be great till it stopped syncing and started signing me out at random. Now it’s a waste of money and time.

Even after i subscribed , it does not unlock. It says “Join grid diary membership to unlock this feature”. If this is an error , kindly clear it up , if not i am cancelling the subscription.

It’s been quite a few months since I purchased this app, been a user of the free version for over an year. Lately I find a lot of sync issues and data loss. Now that I try to reflect back to my past memories I find them to be missing.

Two days ago I purchase your GRID DIARY. I started to write personal things on the first journal that was offered...It worked very well and was waiting for Monday to Write Articles and to keep them on a separate journal. Today, I started a second Journal on the same application...By the way, on my Pro iPad icon appearing on the screen it reads GREAD Classic. I had not notice before. Once I clicked on the SECOND Journal, everything CRASHED....I TRIED MANY TIMES with the SAME RESULT...It crashed... Hence, I request you to remove that “Classic” written on the screen as IT IS NOT WHAT I PURCHASED....If you cannot remove the word “classic” from the name of my application AND remove the bug that make my application CRASH ALL THE TIME....

I have purchased classic diary at Rs.799/-Then message popped out that you have to take a subscription for full function.All the things are ok you should have clearly mentioned on it.Now I subscribed for year don’t what will happened to Rs.799/- although they have offered for 6 month free trial. Request you it is very good appI love it.Please make it’s purchasing simple not ambiguous.
