他の方もおっしゃってますが、webではログインできるのにアプリだとできないです

他の方もレビューしていましたが、Webブラウザではログイン出来るのにアプリからはログイン出来ない。何故？？

ログインできない

Webではログインできるのにアプリではログインできない。ID、パスワードは間違いないのになぜ？使えない時間帯でもないし。

使えない時間が多すぎる

少し前の銀行系のサービスでは夜間使えないものも多かった印象ですが、こちらは今も少し遅い時間になると当たり前のように「メンテナンス中です」となります。「少し遅い」と濁したのは、メンテナンス時間の表示がないため。おそらく24時付近から？アクセスできないようですが、「〇〇時から〇〇時まで」のような表示もないため、何時までなら、何時からなら利用できるのか分からず、昼間忙しい私はアクセスできないままそろそろ2週間を迎えます。インターネットで調べようと「日本住宅ローンアプリメンテ」と検索してみても、テンプレートと思わしき時間の書かれていないページが出るだけで、実際のメンテナンス時間がわからない始末。夜使えないのは100歩譲って仕方ないとしても、いつ使えるかの告知もないようでは、真面目に運用する気があるのか疑問でしかありません。頻繁に使うものではありませんが、そもそも使えるかどうかが不明瞭というのは使い勝手以前の問題です。
