Not connecting to app
I bought two pairs of these EarPods from TicTok shop, both work great. Really comfortable to wear and sounds good. HOWEVER, even with them connected to phone and working the app STILL doesn’t recognise they are in range! Please sort out!

I tried connecting my headphones but it does not connect at all

The signup process is convoluted. It doesn’t work properly with an apple account. It tries to verify the email address and I never receive the verification email.
