全人健康，就是指身、心、社、靈都健康，究竟何謂靈性呢？靈性是我們生命的泉源，是對生命意義和目標追求的反映。透過評估，我們能知道自己的靈性健康指數，而評估結果會建議完成那些八鍛錦練習，讓我們找到提升靈性健康的方法。完成建議的練習後，我們可重新量度自己的靈性健康分數，觀察是否有進步。
