1. Prepare tools for stabilizing your smartphone's position before starting the test.
2. It is recommended to disable notifications other than “Emergency Alerts” as it may interrupt video monitoring (Settings > Notifications > Disable “Public Safety Alerts”).
3. Video monitoring may be interrupted by calls/text messages, so it is recommended to enable the "Do Not Disturb" mode (Settings > Focus > Enable “Do Not Disturb”).
4. Using the recording feature may consume a significant amount of battery, so it is recommended to connect your device to a charger before starting the test.

테스트 보려고 사생활까지 다 침해받아야 한다니 누구 아이디어인가요? 생각이 있는건가
신분증 촬영 시 초점이 맞지 않습니다
아이폰 15프로 기준입니다 사각형에 맞추면 초점이 안맞아 흐릿하게 나오고 떨어지면 잘 나오네요
연결상태 원활한데
이미지는 왜 하나도 안 보이는거에요? 그리고 사전접속 시작시간이랑 채팅상담 마감시간이랑 똑같으면;;;;;;;;; 상담 안 하겠다는 거 아닌가요,,,
사진안찍이는거 짜증나죽겠네요
