Scamming in app purchases do not top up!
I’ve made a fair amount of in-app purchases. I asked the game support how to add an email login as I will no longer have access to IOS logins and would still need my game account. The support teams asked me to prove my purchases I provided all of my Apple invoices and bank statements since February. For two weeks straight they denied the authenticity of my purchases with them and refused my right to authenticate my game account by simply repeating “I cannot match your invoices to our backend therefore cannot help” to all evidences I provide and everything I say . When asked which invoice did not match or whatever I can do to prove my purchases and authenticate my account they refused to answer. So this game takes money and simply denies to have taken them. Their answer and attitude is straight forward and simply that if they denies to take received the money the purchaser has no rights or no means to prove it even though the gaming side shows no prove of their arguments nor gives any explanations. To sum up, they take the money then tells you they didn’t receive it, no Apple invoices or bank statements can prove it, if they denies your spending they can do so without any further explanations given end of story nothing more you can do money down the drain. I’ve never seen anything worse, that’s scamming to the fullest. 👍🏻
