朝阳家医APP是一款为家庭医生提供服务的家医服务APP。依托基层医疗信息化建设，将服务的触角延伸到社区内患者，APP服务涵盖患者签约、患者管理、待办服务、居民咨询、健康档案、群发消息、社区团队等功能。

1.签约管理，待办服务：
家庭医生在APP上对居民发起签约，或者处理居民发起的签约申请，完成在线签约工作，并且为签约居民生成服务待办服务事项，家庭医生通过去执行待办事项，完成家医工作。大大提高了家庭医生的工作效率，解放家庭医生的双手，通过信息化的手段，完成了以往大费时间的文书工作。
2.居民咨询：通过咨询功能，医生能处理居民发起的咨询，并主动找到居民进行咨询，为居民的身心健康提供支持。
3.居民管理：家庭医生对所管辖内签约的居民进行人群分类管理，对其进行群发消息通知。
