1、公告通知：分为“滚动通知”和“提示窗通知”在手机查看每一条公告通知，使重要信息能够及时传达到所有医务人员。
2、会议通知：在手机上直接可以发起会议并通知指定参会人，组织会议更加便捷。
3、移动审批：支持自定义流程和自定义表单，可根据需要配置相应审批流程。从表单到流程、从提交人到处理人等都有深入的自定义支持，可全程跟踪每个节点的完成情况。只要有网络，随时随地都可办理办公业务，有效的增强团队协作能力，提高办公效率。
4、通讯录：医院内部人员的通讯录，根据组织架构或直接搜索找到相应的人，可查看其个人资料，可复制或直接拨打电话，可复制或直接用系统邮件编辑邮件发送给对方。
