Convenience in seconds
I can complete an eats order in less than seconds and most of the time get the food on my table within 25 minutes

After years of ordering deliveries on the app, I have 50+ favorited restaurants. Every time I look through what to order, restaurants not open (or not delivering at the moment) are mixed and it’s very inconvenient. Would help a lot if there was an option to sort or filter by open restaurants.
Unable to add US credit card but works in coupang app
I tried to add my credit card using the payment option. It doesn’t work indicating invalid card number. However, coupang app successfully adds the same credit card. It appears to be buggy. App should consider adding easy payment methods such as Google Pay, Apple Pay etc…
App STILL Broken After 3 Updates
Three updates have been released since I started communicating about the problem. It still isn’t fixed. The developer has not undone the programming problem that makes the app virtually unusable. The app is CONSTANTLY INTERRUPTED by a message that says “Unstable network - Please check your connection and try again later”. It even logged me out of my account. The most recent update made the interruption less frequent and I was able to log back into my account, but the app is still constantly interrupted and unusable in this condition. It’s making people around me very angry because I can’t search for restaurants and help make choices for delivery orders. FIX YOUR APP.
Doesn’t work anymore
I have been using this service for a while and it’s really good. But I switch phones recently and after that it always says data error can’t connect to a stable Internet. I still get the messages, but I cannot order or even search for food on this app anymore.
