Pairing doesn’t work

Tried over and over to pair the fan/light with no luck. Lucky they included the remote because the app doesn’t work!

How to control light of the fan

Hello, Is this feature missing? I have a fan with Light. This apps allows me to control the fan but not light.

Love this Light/Fan

My wife and I just had our living room remodeled and added it to the room. We not only love the unique appearance of this ceiling fan, but for its small size we love the amount of power it has. The only BIG PROBLEM we have been having since it was installed 6 months ago is synchronizing it to the app through Bluetooth. I have tried everything I can with zero success. The fan itself does work. Just can not control it from the app. Help!
