介面上面頂頭啲字比個Dynamic Island遮住晒, 撳到手指都攰埋先撳到一個掣。睇返啲評論，原來iPhone 14嗰陣已經有呢個問題出現。 其他銀行都已經第一時間推出適用於15 Pro嘅新介面，你哋幾時先醒？

Most user unfriendly app ever!
One of the worst mobile app design I have used o far! So many buttons and little useful. Hard to find information.
呢個app開唔到戶口架，死左條心啦。
開戶影身份證果陣強制開我個電話個燈，搞到認唔到，fail 左一定次數就放棄你叫你去分行搞架喇。 我估佢地都做夠生意，所以寧願分比行家做。

Problem still persists from day 1 of iPhone 14 release and there is no response for the comment. You should fire your IT and PR departments.
