Unwanted ads
What an appalling app. The main purpose is to deliver unwanted ads to your phone, even if you turn off the notifications settings in the app. How can any company treat their customers with so little respect?
No Apple Wallet Support
Please add support for Apple Wallet, it would make the card so much easier to use! This seems like quite the oversight…

Assistant manager at the lounges are amazing. Very helpful and great service overall. App is also very organized and easy to navigate.

Pointless update
This new app takes time to load offers and still can't issue a virtual membership card to iPhone’s wallet. Why waste money on this? Good looking UI is not helping when app has no function.
