1. 運動時間、休憩時間、セット数を設定したタイマーを自分のトレーニングに合わせて作成する。
2. トレーニング部位を選択し、トレーニングを開始します。
3. モンスターを討伐できたら多くの経験値を獲得でき、ボスを討伐できたら次のステージに進むことができます。
