我们勤奋工作，不断提升，注意品质，开发课件，因为我们不能够忍受：
1 应试教育，学生学了多年英语，但是开口不敢说，下笔不敢写。
2 模板教育，学生只会死记硬背一些陈词滥调，不会灵活使用语言。
3 目的教育，学生只是为了考试和文凭而学习，而并没有从英文里看到更大的世界。
4 枯燥教育，学生学习英文痛不欲生，而并没有在学习中获得乐趣。
5 急躁教育，学生迷信技巧希望考到一个入学的分数，而并没有真正提升语言能力。学生应该知道：学好英文是职业的优势，也可以让自己在海外体面地工作和生活。
6 虚假教育，老师没有真才实学，没有真实成绩单，只是注重营销和商业包装。
7 盈利型教育，老师为了增加利润，课程干货很少，蓄意减慢学生的提升速度。
8 功利教育，老师只强调分数，为了分数不择手段，而没有注意教学过程中自己给学生起到的榜样作用（包括学习习惯和学习态度）。
9 中国式教育，老师使用一些代代相传的旧资料，中式英文很多，不注意语言的地道性和实用性。
10 纯语言教育，老师只是教英文，而并没有告诉学生英语的思维、文化和价值观。
