你要是连APP的基本功能都做不好 就不要老想着怎么搞会员优先抢票 说来也蛮搞笑 你们的会员连购买流程都有问题

App太烂了
到抢票时间，界面就卡死了，刷新一下就没票了，app做的还不如小程序
无法删除和编辑购票人信息
不知道什么什么原因要把app做成这个样子，简单的数据库增删改查的功能都不提供吗？
太差了，客服根本联系不上
电话一直在坐席全忙也不让等待接听，在线客服排队很多人，36个号从上午排到下午下班，网卡一下被卡出来了，要重新排队，根本联系不上。

。。。。。。想赚钱想疯了
很烂
注册登录后竟然查找不到隐私协议和注册须知，作为一个同时贩卖周边的平台也看不到消费者协议，预售商品七天无理由退款的起算日期居然还是下单日。客服是只有一个人在做吗？打电话没人接，转人工等了近三个小时排队顺序没变。这么烂别出来做软件
