推送开关：a switch decide that if the app will notify the excerpt to user
推送间隔：a random frequency(hours) time during the user‘s input , app will send the excerpt to user by their input time
set this two textField to 0.001 is easier for test the notify message （wait 3 seconds）
issue:Use the PHPickerViewController to get the picture from the library， the result method ：itemProvider.loadDataRepresentation cant not get data in the simulator but works well in actual device

书本信息包括-书本图片，书名。
书本内容信息包括-内容，页码。

所有数据接入iCloud实现多设备同步
