忘記密碼無法下一步
給了驗證碼,不能下一步
系統bug客戶反應竟然毫無作為⋯
忘記密碼，補發密碼會無法繼續操作⋯。而且無其他驗證方式，跟其他國泰APP有多元驗證方式不同，懷疑是外包或是學生寫的問題程式。
難用
忘記密碼key簡訊後，無法下一步，官網更改後，又無法登入app，證券密碼不能一致嗎？非常難用的app
