門診輪候情況未能顯示實際輪候次序，狀況。候診室現場顯示屏分別以灰色、綠色、紫紅色顯示輪候狀況，app只有黑色灰色。醫院部分候診室條件所限，病人未必能夠長期坐在候診室聽護士叫號及觀看轉候屏，如只按app所示，有機會錯過輪候叫號。
