软件不完善，处理不恰当，客服取消的订单说好24小时退钱，72小时还没退，这种软件还是少用

我也是用了很多软件的，这软件我不知道怎么用，点开城际拼车是空白的，完善个人信息总是提示参数不能为空，感觉这软件只是挂一个名字，没有用途
