認識花蓮慈濟醫院、交通資訊及就醫指南，提供您到院前各項就醫資訊。
2.掛號服務：
依「科別」、「日期」、「診次」提供掛號服務，並可查詢掛號資訊或取消掛號，e指間就能掌握各科醫師門診時間、辦理掛號。
3.進度查詢：
查看醫師看診進度，並隨時確認批價及領藥進度，節省您寶貴的時間。
4.線上繳費：
提供行動繳費服務，使用銀行活期存款帳戶及信用卡即可完成門診及住院醫療費用繳費，使用前請先設定「就醫者」之姓名、身分證號、出生日期及扣款銀行帳戶或信用卡。
5. 慢箋預約：
提供慢性病連續處方箋預約，於預約領藥日直接至藥局專屬窗口領藥。
6.住院服務：
查詢預約住院日期及住院房型、申請調整住院房型等級、住院中親友查詢。
7.衛教天地：
與「花東衛教資源共享平台」連結，提供您完整的衛教資訊。

a.就醫親友設定:設定親友資訊，可快速便利掛號或查詢相關資訊。
b.掛號記錄及慢箋領藥紀錄:設定預約提供推播就醫及領藥資訊提醒。
