新增收貨地址那裡一直不能搜索地址，很爛！！！！
收貨評價之後才發現貨物發霉，無處申訴

越来越差的品质与服务
所有的会员福利都在消失，品质下降、增加收费项目

服务好，很及时。 坏处是这个习惯养成后、菜场可能会消失

非常差，商品有问题没有人工客服，只有没用的机器客服，再也不在盒马买，花钱受罪
体验感不好
今天第一次去，总的来说还是物美价廉的，但是体验感不太好。 为了抖音梭子蟹的活动去的，结果不能核销抖音券，我用手机号在抖音注册新号，重新买了券，下载了这个河马app，用支付宝登陆，显示不出梭子蟹的券，换了手机号登陆，显示出来券了，结果河马支付的码又没有了，哪怕我的手机号和支付宝是绑定一起的。工作人员让我去淘宝上设置一下，我果断放弃购买了。

本来一天第一单免运，一下子调太高了，一把菜也就多少钱，是让买一周的菜放在家里囤吗？ 而且49¥还不能和盒马云超一起算，太不合理，简直强迫买会员...
