Poor value for money.I was expecting video to show exercise.Can see photos anywhere for free. I want my money back .

For > 18 yrs old. 10secs is plenty time to relax and stretch the muscle groups. For all rehabilitation conditions.

I can’t stress enough the importance of stretching before and after any and all activities. With this app you don’t need to remember a stretch routine or have a yoga/personal trainer with you or try to work out what muscle groups you are using. It does what you need when you need it by applying the “KISS” principle: Keep It Simple Stupid.
