It’s a great app to get an introduction into stretching and yoga and has a fun progress levels that keep you motivated, I would like to see some more workouts like pre-run or lower leg deep stretch of upper body deep stretch

The app itself isn’t necessary bad it’s very simplistic and does what you want. But having the audacity to charge £5 a month for almost all the content it contains when it is so simplistic is honestly ridiculous. There’s much better apps out there that do the same job but for free so don’t fall into the trap:)

Very pleased with this app, straight forward for beginners and advanced alike. No ads is a bonus. Definitely recommend for anyone.

Simple but fun and effective habit-making stretches

Love this app. I’ve never previously stretched in the morning and evening or before and after a workout. This app has helped me develop that habit and I feel so much better for it. The illustrations are fun and the routines are incredibly easy to follow.

In the time of over complicated apps this one is a delight. Just what you need. Shows you stretches that you can do in a couple of minutes every day. No distractions, no ads, no notifications unless you decide to turn them on. I was surprised to see them turned off by default, you don’t see that in many apps nowadays. Very mindful product and I love the animations that are showing the poses. Small actions every day lead to big goals.
