教学质量监控系统由西安工业大学高等教育研究与评估中心联合上海树维信息科技有限公司协同开发设计。以课堂教学质量评价为主要内容，在专家、同行、学生、领导多层次多维度评价的基础上，进一步实现教学质量监控工作“由教向学”“由督向导”两个方面的转变，形成性与过程评价相结合，注重数据采集的实时性和便捷性，通过对数据的挖掘与分析，以数据质量报告发布为主要形式，以成果导向为目标的多方参与的持续改进的闭环质量监控信息系统为主要目标，通过该系统进一步完善学校教学质量监控体系建设。
