卡顿信息丢失付款失败不是便民的是给患者添堵的

绝了，不能更改账号手机信息，绑定的卡不能用在别的手机上，解绑了之后哪个也绑不上还得去医院技术部门重新搞，没有此手机号不能收到消息的解决办法
