为什么我在注册的时候显示手机号已存在可以直接登录，登录的时候又显示未注册，帮忙解决一下

（3）生物样本快速留存（门诊医生第一时间记录样本留存信息，解决样本管理员样本积压的问题）
说明：本App收集用户的地理信息用于智能匹配医生的出诊地点，不会用作他用。
