ASCOTT provide costumers residences with low price and good service. The app is clean and efficient. Please consider adding a function to create membership card to Apple Wallet as all mainstream hotel group do that and it is a reminder of unused points.
Can’t make reservations via this app
The app and the web version are the absolutely worst among all hotel service providers. What’s worse, I reported missing points to customer service, who said they would look into this, but never replied again after 10 more email communications. Avoid this brand at all cost!!!!
