换电点使用照片卡顿七八秒才上传，做久置却不卡顿

客服端不断更新。运维端对员工太不友好了，每单调度都要拍照，安卓手机就不用拍照，照这样调度专员根本没法干，每调度一辆车拍三张图，太浪费时间，软件各种闪退。
