素人制作にしては良く出来てる
不具合がちょこちょこあるので、流石に素人制作のアプリだとは思うんですがそれにしては良く出来てる。欠陥の様に思える要素がいくつもありますが、素人制作にしてはまぁ楽しい。
インチキ、ウソつき、反社運営会社。
一般ユーザー少なくなったからって、個人情報を反社に売って、収益上げている悪徳闇会社です。 ここに問い合わせしたら、まともな返答も無しに変な迷惑メールがやたらくるようになりました。 使ったアドレスは他では使ってないアドレスです。 また、返答もウソつきましたよね？ すでに退会した自身の将棋仲間のアカウントが残っていて、マッチングしましたが、どういうことですか？ 退会したら、同じネーミングで再登録できないはずですし、仲間も退会してから全くやってないと言ってます。 運営に問い合わせたところ、CPUと対戦しない設定の場合、「全て一般ユーザーです。」と断言してましたが、本当ですか？ 他にも棋力偽造、タイムカウント不正、意図してないところに駒が行かされたり、明らかに悪意を持って達成率を落としにくるいきなりログインしてきて、ソフト&カウント不正する変態的なのと連続でマッチングされたりと、将棋界ではありえないくらい低レベルなインチキかましてますよね？ レビューも勝手に消したり、問い合わせにはまともな返答せず、嫌がらせばかりした挙句、問い合わせには謝罪もないし、都合の悪い問い合わせにはシカトを決め込み、あまりにも不誠実ですし、信用できないので、お金返してください。 詐欺に値してますよ。 平気で上記のような悪事を働く運営です。 たまにこのアプリを正当化したり、擁護するレビューはほぼ運営のうちわのヤツらや、サクラなどが書き込んでいる可能性が高いですけどね。 明らかにうちわのヤツが火消しに使った文章理解力がないヤツがボロ出したレビューがありますよ。 最近はホント一般ユーザーがかなり少なくなりましたよね？ ３０分くらい３切れやってて、本当のユーザーは同一の某YouTuberと２回マッチングしただけかと思われます。 この会社に他レビューにもあるような不具合や機能向上なんか求めるのはムダかと思います。 倒産する前に、返金してもらうのが得策かと思います。 なので、早く返金して下さい。 「お前らHEROZの負けじゃー！！」 「相手に感謝の気持ちを持って謝罪し、返金して終わらせて下さい！」

段位システムが整備されておらずストレス
将棋上級者がアカウントを作り直して、30級とか29級とかでマッチングするとなす術もなく負けてしまう。結果、下級者に負けたということで経験値を大幅に下げられてしまう。なんのための段位システムなのか。

いつもめちゃくちゃ楽しくプレイしてます！ １つお願いなのですが、棋神解析結果を見る時の画面の表示位置を入れ替えて欲しいです…。 具体的には、好手・悪手グラフを、盤面を進める矢印ボタンの上に表示していただきだいです！ スマホだと、矢印ボタンを押す自分の指でグラフが見えなくて使いづらいため、お願いする次第です…。 このアプリのお陰で将棋の楽しさを知ってハマりました！今後も応援してます！
